You will need to have an offer to purchase filled out and signed by the seller and buyer.  Make sure the buyer has their financing in place prior to ordering the title work.

Order the title work by stopping in one of our offices, or order online and send us a copy of the offer to purchase.  Make sure to include all the contact info for the seller and buyer.
